Jerry L. Costa has been in the live event business for over 22 years. He started his career in Boston, MA back in the late 1980's working for JC Entertainment in Boston.  Jerry moved to the Netherlands in 1993 where he expanded the JC Entertainment Concert business in Europe.  His success in Europe led to contractual services to promote and market American music Artists in Europe. 

Jerry was the GM and owner of JC Entertainment in Europe for over 7 years. While in Europe he organized concerts with some of the biggest artists in the music industry including: USHER, MARY J. BLIGE, R.KELLY, DESTINY’S CHILD, NSYNC, KEITH SWEAT, BOYS II MEN, K-CI & JOJO, ICE-T, BODYCOUNT, PEARL JAM, JODECI, SILK, FREDDIE JACKSON, NAJEE,           AFTER-7, PUBLIC ENEMY, ADINA HOWARD, H-TOWN, MEN AT LARGE, INTRO and many others. 

After leaving Europe in 2000, Jerry worked as an Event/Tour Manager for an Event Marketing company owned by Clear Channel/SFX Entertainment (Now known as Live Nation).  While with Clear Channel he organized community events, expos and entertainment events throughout the country.  Most recently Jerry has been organizing concerts, business expos, comedy shows, business & political events, award banquets and community events in VA, IN and Northeast Ohio.  He has experience producing small and large events from 200 to 14,000 people.

Jerry's experience includes all entertainment genres and he has also organized concerts and comedy shows with TRACY LAWRENCE, CRAIG MORGAN, CHEVELLE, SALIVA, TED NUGENT, BILLY CURRINGTON, PHIL VASSAR, GERALD ALBRIGHT, DAVID BENOIT, HIROSHIMA, SPYRO GYRA, ALEX BUGNON and many others.  Jerry also produced comedy shows with many of the comedians from the famous Bob & Tom Radio Show (DREW HASTINGS, COSTAKI ECONOMOPOULOS, TIME CAVANAGH, SEAN MOREY, AUGGIE SMITH, MIKE ARMSTRONG and others).
 
Here is a list of some companies Jerry has produced and organized events for in the last 4 years: Coca Cola, American Cancer Society, Chick-Fil-A, S&K Menswear, Wolf Park in Indiana, Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce (Northeast Ohio) and Scholastics.

While working for the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber Jerry organized events with the following Ohio Politicians; Governor Ted Strickland, Governor John Kasich, Congressman Tim Ryan, Speaker of the House Armond Budish (Ohio), Lt Governor Lee Fisher, Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and The Ohio Department of Transportation Director Jolene M. Molitoris.

Jerry was also responsible for organizing the first Youngstown Jazz Festival with Grammy Award winning headlining Acts Spyro Gyra and David Benoit on July 10, 2010.  The Jazz Festival was a huge success and will continue in 2012 with the HandsOn Volunteer Network of the Mahoning Valley as a partner.  The Youngstown Jazz Festival will attract between 5,000 and 7,000 people.  

In July 2011, Mr. Costa produced, managed and marketed the first All That Jazz Festival & Business Exhibition Expo in Cleveland, OH.  About 6,000 people attended the All That Jazz Festival at the Wolstein Center (Cleveland State).  An additional 25,000 people attended various events during Expo weekend including a Circus, Frankie Beverley and Maze Concert, Ronald Isley Concert, Business Exhibition (sold out with 160 exhibitors) etc.  The “All That Jazz Festival” featured Grammy Award winning Acts Gerald Albright, Najee, David Benoit with special guests Hiroshima and Alex Bugnon.
